// construction

IT for construction companies

Your office moves every few months and your files weigh a quarter gigabyte each. We build IT that works in the trailer, on the tablet, and back at the shop — the same day.

// what builders need

Field to office, without the friction

Site connectivity

  • Cellular, fixed wireless or temporary fiber for trailers
  • Site networks linked to the office — see network & Wi-Fi
  • Ordered early, live before mobilization

Rugged device management

  • Tablets and phones enrolled in device management
  • Lost or stolen units locked and wiped remotely
  • Replacements provisioned in under an hour

Project file sync

  • Drawings and photos synced via cloud storage
  • Offline access for low-signal sites
  • One current version, not five USB sticks

Estimating & PM software

  • Estimating, bidding and PM platforms supported
  • Vendor escalations handled by us
  • Workstations specced for the plan room, not the mailroom

Field-ready support

  • Remote-first helpdesk, 14-min avg response
  • Superintendents get help without driving in
  • On-site visits when hardware needs hands

Phones that follow the job

  • VoIP so the office number rings on site
  • Auto-attendants route calls by project
  • No rewiring when the trailer moves
// the details

Big files are the real bottleneck

A construction company's IT problem is usually physics: multi-hundred-megabyte drawing sets, thousands of site photos, and a field crew on whatever signal the site allows. Email attachments and consumer file-sharing accounts fail at this quietly and expensively — someone builds from last week's revision. We set up cloud file sync tuned for large files, with selective offline copies for low-signal sites and permissions that follow the project, so the current set is the only set anyone can open.

Devices live a hard life in the field

Tablets get dropped off scaffolding, left in trucks, and occasionally walk away. Device management means that's an inconvenience, not a data breach: hardware is tracked, encrypted and remotely wipeable, and a replacement picks up where the old one left off. It also means the estimator's laptop gets the same security patches as everyone else's, even if it hasn't seen the office in a month.

The trailer is a branch office

We treat every job site like a temporary branch: connectivity ordered before mobilization, a small secured network in the trailer, and a link back to the office. When the job closes out, the kit comes back, gets wiped and waits for the next one. After the third site, it's a checklist — ours, not yours.

// questions

Frequently asked

Can you get internet to a site trailer?

Almost always. Depending on the site that's a business cellular router, fixed wireless, or a temporary fiber order placed early enough to matter. We handle the carrier and the hardware, and the trailer joins your network securely.

What happens when a tablet is dropped, lost or stolen?

With mobile device management in place we can locate it, lock it, and wipe company data remotely. A replacement device gets the same apps and access in under an hour — the data was never only on the device.

Do you support estimating and project management software?

Yes. We support the common estimating, bidding and PM platforms, keep them updated, and manage the vendor when something deeper breaks. If it prices your bids, it's in scope.

Our office and sites are far apart. Does that cost extra?

No. Pricing is per user, not per location — $95 or $145 per user per month. Most field support is remote anyway; we come on site when hardware genuinely needs hands. See pricing for details.
