Describe your project

Prices assume 10–100 users and standard environments. Servers, compliance requirements (e.g. HIPAA) and multi-site setups are quoted individually — always in writing, always before we start. Minimum plan billing: 10 users.

The fine print, in plain English

Flat fees cover the labor of supporting and managing what's in scope. Three things are billed separately, and we'll always tell you before they're incurred:

  • Hardware and licenses — laptops, servers, software subscriptions. We quote at cost-plus with the margin disclosed, or you can buy direct from our specification.
  • Projects — planned changes like migrations or office moves are separate fixed-price quotes, so plan fees stay low for everyone.
  • Out-of-scope requests — genuinely rare, e.g. supporting personal home equipment. We'll flag it before doing the work.

Compare it to the alternatives

A single mid-level internal IT hire costs $70,000+ per year plus tooling, and takes vacations. A 25-person company on our Fully Managed plan pays around $43,500 per year for a four-engineer team, enterprise-grade tooling, and coverage that doesn't call in sick.

Pricing FAQ

Can prices change mid-contract?

No. Your per-user rate is fixed for the 12-month term. Renewals are proposed 60 days in advance with any changes explained.

What if our headcount changes?

Billing adjusts monthly to actual user count — up or down. You never pay for seats you're not using.

Is there an onboarding fee?

One month's plan fee, one time, covering the 30-day onboarding: documentation, tooling deployment and urgent fixes. It's waived for annual prepayment.

Do you have a minimum size?

Plans are billed for a minimum of 10 users. Smaller companies are welcome on hourly support or project engagements.
