Cloud services & migration
Retire the server in the closet. We plan and execute fixed-price migrations to Microsoft 365, Azure and Google Workspace — then keep costs and security tuned.
Three ways we work in the cloud
Migration projects
Email, files, and line-of-business apps moved with a rollback plan and zero-data-loss guarantee. Fixed price, agreed cutover date, weekend switchovers so nobody loses a working day.
Cloud management
Ongoing administration of Microsoft 365, Azure or Google Workspace: identity, permissions, sharing policies, updates and license right-sizing, included in managed plans.
Cost optimization
A one-time review of your cloud spend. Typical findings: unused licenses, oversized VMs, orphaned storage. Most clients recover the review fee within two months.
Should everything go to the cloud?
Usually most things — not always everything. Email, files and collaboration belong in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace for almost every small business: better security, no hardware refresh cycle, work-from-anywhere by default. Line-of-business apps deserve a case-by-case answer; some legacy applications run better and cheaper on a small local server or a hosted VM. Our migration plans say explicitly what moves, what stays, and why — you'll never get "cloud everything" as a reflex recommendation.
What a migration looks like
Discovery and mapping (week 1), pilot migration with a test group (week 2), staged data sync while your team keeps working (weeks 2–3), weekend cutover with on-call support Monday morning (week 4). Old systems stay intact in read-only mode for 60 days as a safety net.
Frequently asked
How long does a typical migration take?
For a 10–100 person company: 3–5 weeks end to end, with the actual cutover happening over a weekend. Your team keeps working throughout.
Will we lose any email or files?
No. Migrations run as staged syncs with verification counts before cutover, and source systems are kept read-only for 60 days afterwards.
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace — which should we pick?
If your team lives in Excel, Outlook and Teams, Microsoft 365. If they live in Gmail and Docs already, Workspace. We support both and will give you a one-page comparison for your specific workflows.
Can you reduce our existing cloud bill?
Usually, yes. Unused licenses and oversized resources are near-universal. Our cost review is fixed-price and typically pays for itself within two months.
