Who we are
This website, allitservice.com, is operated by Blancberg BV ("we", "us"). For anything in this policy, contact [email protected].
What we collect through the contact forms
When you submit a form on this site, you send us: your name, company, work email, phone number (optional), company size, area of interest, and your message. That's all the forms ask for, and we use it for exactly one purpose: responding to your enquiry and, if you proceed, arranging the assessment you requested.
We do not sell this information, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to a mailing list. There is no mailing list.
Form processing by Formspree
Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree (Formspree, Inc., a US company), which processes the submitted data on our behalf and delivers it to our email. Formspree's own handling of that data is described in its privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. We chose it because it lets this site work without our own server-side code — it stores submissions only as needed to deliver them.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited and how visitors find us. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects device and usage information (such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, browser and device type). We use this data only for aggregate statistics about site usage; we do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we have not enabled advertising features. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies for this site. Google's handling of the data is described in its privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Beyond Google Analytics, this site runs no advertising trackers, no social media pixels, and no other third-party scripts.
Retention
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back — typically no more than 24 months for enquiries that don't become engagements. Analytics data is retained per our Google Analytics settings (14 months) and only in aggregate form after that. Data belonging to clients under a service agreement is governed by that agreement, not this policy.
Deletion and access requests
Email [email protected] and ask. We will confirm what we hold about you and delete it on request, normally within 30 days, unless we're legally required to keep it (for example, records of an actual engagement). No forms, no friction.
Security
This site is static — it has no database of visitor data to breach. Enquiry emails live in our business email system, which is protected with the same controls we sell: multi-factor authentication, managed endpoints, and tested backups.
Changes to this policy
If we change what this site collects or how, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above. We won't quietly repurpose data collected under an older version.
