Microsoft 365 services
Migration, licensing, security hardening and everyday administration — from consultants who work in the Microsoft stack daily.
Everything Microsoft 365, handled
Migration to 365
From Exchange servers, Google Workspace, GoDaddy email or POP mailboxes — mail, calendars, contacts and files moved with a weekend cutover.
Security hardening
The defaults are not secure. We enforce MFA, conditional access, safe attachments/links, external-sharing rules and audit logging — aligned with Microsoft's own Secure Score.
Licensing right-sizing
Most small businesses overpay: E3 where Business Premium fits, licenses for leavers, add-ons nobody uses. We audit and fix it, often saving 15–30%.
Teams & SharePoint
Structure that survives growth: sensible sites, permissions people understand, and file storage that replaces the office server without becoming a junk drawer.
365 backup
Microsoft protects its infrastructure — not your data from deletion or ransomware. We add independent, immutable backup of Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
Ongoing administration
User changes, mailbox rules, DLP tweaks, update ring management and monthly Secure Score reviews — included in managed plans.
The tenant you have vs. the tenant you're paying for
Most 365 tenants we assess were set up once — often years ago, often by whoever was available — and never revisited. The pattern is consistent: admin accounts without MFA, legacy authentication still enabled, external sharing wide open, and licensing that doesn't match how people actually work. Our fixed-price 365 assessment produces a Secure Score report, a licensing savings estimate, and a prioritized fix list. Many clients fund their first year of hardening from the licensing savings alone.
Frequently asked
Do you resell Microsoft licenses?
We can supply licenses as a Microsoft partner or work with licenses you buy directly — your choice. Our recommendations are the same either way, and we'll show you both prices.
Is OneDrive/SharePoint a real replacement for our file server?
For most small businesses, yes — with proper structure and permissions designed up front. We'll tell you honestly if a specific workload (very large media files, legacy databases) should stay on local storage.
Why do we need backup if Microsoft already has our data?
Microsoft's shared-responsibility model protects the service, not your content. Deleted items, ransomware-encrypted files and departed-employee data are your problem — independent backup closes that gap.
Can you fix our messy Teams and SharePoint sprawl?
Yes — it's one of our most common projects. We audit what exists, archive the dead weight, and rebuild a structure with owners and permissions your team can actually maintain.
